As a survivor myself, I know how difficult it can be to go through the healing process. It is an ongoing process which is often very painful and sometimes it helps to know that we are not alone in our journey to recovery.

This is a place where you can meet other survivors and recieve support when you need it.

The flight of geese is symbolic. When the lead bird falls out of formation, another bird will come forward and take over for it until it can resume it's place guiding the flock. So it is with survivors, when one is not able to go forward, and is struggling, there is always someone there to give support and comfort until they are ready to go forward on thier own.
